Sharon and Frank are fantastic! We can’t say enough wonderful things about them. We were relocating for the 3rd time. Completely unfamiliar with the area, they took us on a tour of Jacksonville and the surrounding Suburbs. Their extent of the knowledge is impressive and love for the job is apparent! They had quite the task of finding us the perfect home during the COVID-19 pandemic. We jumped from city to city, found homes, lost homes, but they never once gave up. Sharon put the word out and networked and found us our dream home and it’s all thanks to this awesome husband and wife team! The saying “worth the wait” is all that comes to mind. If you’re new to the area they will make sure you know everything you need to know! You can definitely trust them to find your next dream home! We are so grateful for all their help through the house hunting and buying process!

Frank and Sharon helped us purchase our home in 2016 during an extremely stressful time in our lives. I cannot tell you how relieving it was to have a team of professionals managing our transaction. I never had to worry about a thing, other than moving :) I'm so grateful to them and will use them again and again in future real estate

When you're paying Frank your deposit for rent, be sure to take a hard look at the full amount that's leaving your hands because it will be the last time you'll ever see that money (no matter how well you clean out your rental property upon your departure)nnThis realty, namely Frank, will deduct for dust on baseboards, window seals and for any tiny marks on the walls. I'm guessing he wanted me to repaint the whole apartment with a fresh coat of paint.nnPoint is - they will make sure to bite off of your deposit one way or another.nnAvoid this realty for the sake of respect for yourself!
