Rented from them for almost 3 years and everything went smoothly. Anytime I had an issue, it was taken care of expeditiously. The owner wanted to sell and their willingness to assist me was great. I followed the terms of the lease and I received my deposit back. I've dealt with other agents in the past, however I'd recommend them and use them again.

They do not bother to remove expired listings nor let people know who have contacted them requesting a viewing of the property and were rude when contacted via phone.

Never had a problem with the 2 ladies who run the show up there. Joyce and Christine have always been fair with us since we have rented... very pleased

I don’t know how they Are in business but they are thieves they just want to take your money and run don’t buy, sell or rent with them.

You can't find a better Realty then.Kingsley,in Orange Park ,Joyce and Christina are very professional and on of the best real estate agents in Clay County,so if you.are in the market to Rent or Buy.Give them.a call.you want be disappointed.
