I was impressed with how responsive the front staff was to my request to tour the property. Natasha was very friendly and professional and she’s proud of this property which is evident in how she describes all of the amenities they have to offer. The apartment I saw will be the one I move into. I can’t wait until everything is finished and I can move in.

Professional, courteous and very helpful. Love my apartment and hope to stay for a long time. I moved here from Georgia and was looking at different places to live and this is by far the best. I love my screened in porch. I highly recommend Arium Retreat.

I have lived here for about 3 years 2 were in an apartment with my mom and this past year was with my roommate, this used to be a very nice place. The maintenance people clearly do not know what they are doing as our ac had been out for over a year and we have put in multiple requests about it they would come in look at and say they will be back and never come.

This was my first apartment so really I didn’t know what to look for. The leasing office is out of touch with the residents and getting them to email you back is hit or miss. The price is a bit high for what you get. Also, there isn’t any pest control so the amount of bugs, roaches, pests, etc., have only gotten worse and worse. Honestly this is the worst part about it. My neighbors often shared the same complaint so I knew it was not just me. Originally, when I moved in they assured me there would be pest control but it seems that over the last 6 months that they no longer care. It’s really quite gross. Stay away if you can. The one good thing I will say is that the maintenance folks did their job when requested. Other than that, below average apartments for a high price.
