Terrible place to live in a good location. Numerous units have mold issues. Maintenance is slow to respond or take the issues seriously. I would not recommend living here to anyone. Floor plans are odd and dated. Small closets. There are no amenities - but rents are as high as if you had them. Most residents are retired, heavy smokers and you can smell smoke through the walls or when you are trying to enjoy a nice day on your patio.

Love living here. We accidently stumbled upon this hidden gem a little over a year and a half ago, as we were relocating. I could not be happier that we moved here, so much so that we resigned for another year. We have had some of the most amazing experiences living here. The views are out of this world, there's nothing better than sitting on our patio and watching the sunrise while the manetes swim in and play, AMAZING!!! I also can not say enough about Patti, our property manager. She has been amazing since the first day we came for a showing. Patti ALWAYS goes above and beyond. She is the sweetest, most caring property manager, she will stop at nothing to make you happy. I truly do not know how she juggles managing the entire property, and still makes time to stop and chat with anyone walking by or stopping in, she is a friend to everyone. Maintenance is fantastic as well, Andy has it covered. I never need to worry, if there is anything that needs taking care of, it's done immediately, professionally and he won't stop until it's perfect. He also goes above and beyond to make sure everyone is take care of and happy. Patti and Andy make a perfect team ensuring everyone is happy and taken care of etc.. I could go on and on...nAll in all, 5 stars is honestly an understatement!!!!

Villas Continental apartments is a clean and quiet place, yet located only 5 minutes away from I 95 and the Buckman Bridge, making it easy to access Mandarin and the rest of Jacksonville.

My Fiance and I just moved in about a week ago and could not be happier! This place is beautiful and the Property management is top notch! Miss Patti is so sweet and always happy to communicate and answer any silly question I have. Jesse the maintenance guy has been incredible! Fixed any issue or question we have had immediately! The office and maintenance have a great communication that I have yet to see at any previous property we have lived. Very quiet area, absolutely gorgeous scenery. All of the neighbors are nice! They do cool little things for the residents and really show they care about the people who live here. The online profile and renters hub is easy and very convenient to use. and they communicate through e-mail about anything going on. This place is incredible! We are so Happy! Highly recommend to anyone considering moving here..

Absolutely the worst managed apartments. Looks great on the outside but inside.... an entrenched inept and incompetent property manager who refuses to help and solve problems of noisy neighbors. The noise is so disruptive I haven’t been able to live in my own home for three weeks. I’ve contacted the property manager several times as well as the corporation in Houston and have gotten zero response. Their absolute incompetence is a direct reflection on who they are as humans and as a company as well. Both are despicable and rotten to their lying core.
