David and Chrissi are the most professional and caring real estate company we've worked with. They took their time to ensure we understood the entire process and communticated every step of the way. Although we are still waiting to purchase, when we do, we will definitely be using them! Their kindness and transparency are refreshing when buying/selling is so stressful! Dave & Chrissi have been there every step of the way from late night offer submits to deals falling through, etc. They answer all of our calls & texts no matter the time or day! Absolutely amazing! We had the pleasure of working with the Herrons to purchase our first home in 2015 and then again recently when we sold that house and bought a new one. David and Chrissi made the selling process virtually effortless. Even when we had to hire a handyman for repairs, David and Chrissi went out of their way to meet them for me when I couldn't. A+ service by 2 amazing humans. And don't forget about Tatiana. She was on top of her game and made sure the process was as smooth as possible
