I love this place and all of the amenities. It is truly like living in a resort. The pool, gym, cafe area, and my favorite, the coffee machine are amazing.nOnly negative thing so far is my bike got stolen out of the ground floor my 2nd week of living there and they said there was nothing they could do because there were no cameras down there.

Terrible problem with the trash, not an efficient cleaning schedule. I spoke with the management and its seem they don't know how to solve it. Every weekend is the same issue . All trash bags are outside the trash chute next to the units, of course the smell in the HALL corridor doesn't help. Pictures were taken on a Saturday morning and cleaned on Monday late morning. Amenities are good but Its impossible to enjoy it the same way after interact with the trashy environment. It's been happening every weekend for more than 4 months. Before that everything was perfect. Hope the Motif Team can handle the situation and finally help us. Thank you.

I moved into Motif after living in Tamarac for a while and it has been really good so far. First, Laurie and Virginia have been extremely helpful, nice, and responsive. Amenities are also very nice. The pool is very nice, I just wish it was a little bigger. I can see it becoming pretty crowded as more people move in. But so far, it's been the perfect place to enjoy weekends.nnThe apartment itself is gorgeous. I got a floor plan that has tons of storage in the common area and it's a game changer. Bathrooms are state of the art. Also, there's no carpet in the apartment, a major appeal for me.nnThe only real negative so far is that cell phone reception in my apartment is horrible. I have to be in one section of the apartment to not drop calls and even then, phone calls are often garbled. My provider is one of the major ones so it shouldn't be a signal issue on their part. I think the building just has a ton of concrete and it's the way it is, unfortunately.nnBut overall, Motif has been a great selection so far. I would recommend it if you're looking for an upscale apartment in Flagler Village that is affordable compared to some other competitors. I also can't wait to see all the businesses that start occupying the spaces below the apartments.

great place to live so far, but the new guy hired in the office is disgustingly rude. he will give u attitude on the phone, and will NEVER even say goodbye, he just hangs up. everyone else that works here is amazing. he does not belong here

My husband and I just moved in to MOTIF 3 days ago and we absolutely love it. The amenities in the building are beyond amazing. It's like living in a resort. We worked with Laurie during the application process and she was beyond outstanding. She was always kind, friendly and professional even with the million questions we had. Overall the application process was very smooth. We love the location of the apartment as we are close to everything. We highly recommend MOTIF and Bell Partners.
