Sole Condo Fort Lauderdale

Stay away from unit 248 or any unit by Teresa (Kai) Huang. This has been the most miserable lease Ive ever lived and the only one I left early. Im actually writing this 2 months after moving out because I was waiting for my deposit back because I don't trust her at all. Upon moving in everything seemed fine but quickly after I found out the refrigerator was broke (spoiled tons of food), bathtub clogged but the plug didn't even work, sink sprayed water everywhere, washing machine flooded and caused water damage then later broke completely, apt. not cleaned properly when moved in. I lost tons of money because of extra trips to the grocery store as well as all the times I had to miss work so I could be in the apt for maintenance or all the estimates she got at the end of my lease. Almost every time it was someone different so a bunch of strangers came by.nnShe doesn't care about her tenants, only her money. I paid prorated to get in early and asked for it since I left early but she refused. Even though she didn't have to she could have seeing as the year I had in her unit. I was never reimbursed for spoiled food and asked her to work with me on rent seeing as I was missing work all the time for maintenance but she refused. Also, no help on Covid.nnAs far as the building, eh. there is dog feces and urine everywhere because people don't pick up after their dogs and the bldg does nothing to hold them accountable. I could also see they were getting ready for construction but didn't know it was going to be a whole year to finish and it seemed like they started the week the lockdown occurred so when people were working from home, there was tons of banging and sawing on the walls.nnI could say more but I'll just post some pics and let you decide if that's what you want to live with.

I have lived at Sole now for 2 years. The staff, from the front office to the maintenance department, always do a great job. If I need extra assistance, Vilma is always there to lend a helping hand. Being in Flagler Village of Ft. Lauderdale gives Sole 5 stars for the best location in town. If you are looking for a wonderful place to live make sure you look into Sole. I know you'll love it

Great location but hallways are dark and long. A lot of condos don't have balconies.

The worst management I’ve ever seen. Taking all the time the most brainless decisions.

No wonder why there are so many condos for sale.Its like a transient hotel.It is a sick building.The first condo was so full of mold.It smelled.The hallways were covered with paper and tape.Anyone say condemn.
