Can’t wait to leave this joke of an apartment complex. The fire alarm has now gone off easily 20 times during my one year lease here. I’ve had a missing bathroom door upon move in, appliances falling apart, a leak that wasn’t fixed for 4 months. I wouldn’t renew this lease if they paid me to live here for another year. I cannot leave quick enough.

It’s a fabulous place to live but the office staff is always changing and sometimes makes it difficult. Things have gotten better with this new management.

A few years ago I had a horrible experience living there, which lasted 4 month's. I never had a chance to unpack my boxes. The property managers did a bait a switch with my move in fee within the first week that I moved in; and there is a MOLD issue that they are astutely aware of. I have written proof. You can not hide MOLD, the spores are in the vents.

This apartment building is so poorly run that I wish I could warn people that are coming to view the apartments. Had I known that the office management is so careless, irresponsible, rude, and just flat out terrible, I would have NEVER moved here.nnThis place is so run down that appliances are constantly being replaced. There have been countless of infestations in the building. Many people here are not happy or satisfied.

Been living here for a few years and there have been some hiccups along the way, but overall we have been extremely happy. Nice views from our apartment, can walk to restaurants and there have been a lot of community improvements over the past 6 months (new carpet, paint & bbq). Hope to be here for years to come.
