Danny hit the marks across the board and exceeded them! This is an agent who you feel comfortable working with from the start. He's a fantastic listener and listened to all our families' needs as both buyer and seller. We listed a property with him last year in 2019 and it sold under 6 months. He was with us every step of the way to negotiate, answer any questions we had, was on the property working with us to make sure our home was ready for showings going out of his way to help. He was like part of the family! Any questions we had he gave thorough answers for and made sure we understood the process every step of the way.nnDanny was also our buying agent when we recently purchased a home in the Coral Springs area in the spring of 2021. He is thorough and a great set of eyes to walk through a showing with - asking all the right questions and very professional. He negotiated the price cordially and was ahead of any problem he saw or identified - ready with a solution for both sides. He is very punctual, answers your calls and texts accordingly and on time and we could not have been happier with his services, which is why we came back to him when buying this year.nnHighly recommend!

As a first time home buyer (or any time home buyer for that matter) you want a realtor that is going to hold your hand every step of the way. Someone that is going to make sure you understand every moving part and that will make the process as smooth and stress free as possible for you. That is 100% exactly what you will get with Danny!!! I just bought my first home in February and I was so unbelievably nervous. I have many friends and family members in the realestate industry who always talk about stressful and difficult it can be to purchase a home. However, I walked away from my experience feeling the exact opposite. I honestly think that it was probably one of the easiest things I’ve ever done thanks to Danny. He always took the time to answer my questions, to really dumb everything down for me - because that’s what I needed him to do as a first time home buyer - and make sure that I felt comfortable with every move that we made every step of the way. Seriously, it was such an enjoyable process, I will absolutely go back to Danny when I am ready to do it again! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!!!
