Katherine was very professional, courteous and prompt. Whether it was by email or phone, she was always available. Katherine is very knowledgeable in Real Estate and detailed oriented. She represented the buyers with all of the key meetings and made the whole closing process very seamless. I am fortunate that Katherine Quinlan was the real estate agent I randomly encountered at the start of my apartment search. She is a great listener, detail oriented and an overall pleasant person to spend time with. Each set of listings Katherine sent mirrored my preferences more precisely. As she listened, observed and skillfully narrowed the search, there were 3 appealing options on our third and final outing. She then steered my choice through to contract signing and handover of keys. You will find your interests advanced and protected as Katherine guides your search. My highest recommendation.

I had never worked with a realtor before and was a little skeptical of the process, but Katherine completely changed my mind! She was so nice, honest, and most importantly (to me) very organized and great with communication. She came with me to our signing date and asked questions I didn't think to ask myself and was even able to negotiate a better price for us. I am very thankful and will definitely be returning to her when we are ready to buy a house!

I had the great pleasure of working with Katherine to help me find a new apartment to rent last month. I was moving from Coral Gables to the Fort Lauderdale area and was not very familiar with the new area. I also had a bit of a time crunch because of a work trip, but Katherine put me at ease. She made herself available and took me around to look at apartments to rent before my trip. She was very attentive and actually listened to what I was looking for! She also did not try to pressure me into anything out of my budget like others realtors have done in the past. She was kind, up front, knowledgeable, and responded quickly to questions or requests. She helped me to find a great apartment that met all of my requirements (and then some) on the first day we went looking and was even able to help me negotiate a reasonable rate. I highly recommend Katherine!

Cannot thank these guys enough. We had been in the process of selling home with another agent for months when we met Javy and Amanda. We had a couple contracts fall through and lost a home we loved and we were feeling like it was hopeless. Thanks to Javy, Amanda, and the team, we were able to sell our home through a very simple and stress-free process and are now in our dream home! Despite the uncertain times we’re in, they were able to get our deal done so smoothly and quickly when the seller of our new home decided they wanted to close a month early! They never let us know about any issues that may have gone on behind the scenes, and only ever presented a problem with a solution. They are both friendly and very pleasant to be around and are so knowledgeable. They’re never pushy and always give a professional opinion you can trust. I would recommend them to anyone I know who is looking to sell or buy!
