Management and customer service are awful..... judgy..... full of themselves.... won't go back.....

The casino is fair, the customer service is always good. The environment needs help, and what what I mean by that is the flooring is gross and the tables and chairs are from 1988. I never eat here so I cant judge the food. I will say during this covid event they are the best place to go for the casino. They are out doing jokers casino by far.

Good food, plastic fork and knife, hard to cut food. Unsanitary conditions at the gaming tables due to the fact you have to touch your mask every time you take a drink after handling possible contaminated chips. I believe with the plastic barriers it would be more sanitary to go with mask

They have decent food that does not cost a lot if you gamble with a players card for an hour or so. Nice staff and service is on point. We had an issue with a man yelling and being obscene and once we talked to floor it was addressed right away.

Just visited this place a couple of days ago because the food was always delicious, but to my surprise it is not like before. Cajun chicken pasta dish was my favorite and they didn't have it available. I ordered shrimp scampi, which comes with 2 chicken breasts that were really dry and somewhat burnt, mash potatoes were ok but had no type of flavor. There was not a lot of people and the food took forever to come out. Waitress didn't come as often to check on me and my guest, and then they expect a tip. Drinks were served in small plastic cups and were very expensive. Will think twice before going in next time!
