Got my car washed on 11/13 and after I got home I noticed they completely missed the whole rear part of my car. Didn't want to go back that day since I had already gotten home and driving back was just too much of a hassle. Went the next day to inform them and ask if they do re-washes. Had receipt in hand and showed her the whole part they missed and she acknowledged it. I asked her if I can get it washed since they did a poor job the day before. She claimed that 1; they only do them day of (though it's not represented anywhere on the receipt) and 2 that they don't do it the day after because they don't know where I've been driving and it could be dirty from that. I drive a 2 door BMW and I don't plan on going off-road anytime soon. The car is spotless except the area where they didn't scrub it. I told her for future reference to scrub that part since it obviously looks like the machine doesn't. She replied by saying they do and that I should tell them to scrub it next time. I don't see why I need to remind them on how to do they're job. I expect to leave with a clean car which is what I paid for and if they did a poor job of doing that to stand behind the service and correct it instead of giving me a really lame excuse on why they can't.
Love this place, so quick to have a clean ride. I do the monthly unlimited wash plan. It's great.
So convenient to have unlimited washes, I can just swing in whenever I'm out running errands, and my car always looks great!
I Really like this car wash especially the monthly membership its worth it because I go 3 times a week so for me it definitely saves me money but if you go 2 3 times a month it might not be for you but still a great place to get my car washed.
The best. I love how seriously they take the precautions of COVID-19 regulations. Keep up the good work BUSH Car wash. More community leaders need to follow your company's example in these difficult times!!!
