Me and my wife have been living in this complex for 6 months. The team have been wonderful Murray is always helpful and attentive. Any repair issues which have arisen, have been resolved in both proper and timely manner. Maintenance staff is knowledgeable and friendly, and they make every effort to assess and complete repairs the same day. As far as rent is concerned, I challenge anyone to find an apartment with the same SF, in as great, safe and quiet location, for the same or better price. We looked at different properties before deciding on this place. Believe me when I say this property was by far the cleanest, safest place we saw and the best price.

The Landlord is a God send... Never met a person who genuinely cares about his tenants and the property itself !! Love living here so close to everything!!

To me this is a ideal Hollywood location that I have enjoyed living in the past few years. It's convenient living right down the street from the supermarket and minutes from the beach. The office and staff truly care about all of us living in the apartments and take care of the place. Murry is always so kind and helpful. Moving in and out of apartments throughout the years has proven to be SUCH a hassle throughout the years and I really appreciate how much of a wonderful staff and complex it is that I had to show appreciation with a review as a thanks !!!

Nice place to live, I'm very satisfied with my new apartment. Murray and maintenance staff are very friendly and helpful. It's a great environment to live and the entire place is clean. Management makes Park Hollywood a comfortable place to call home.
