outstanding customer service I wanna say a big thank you to Liza she was very helpful and professional and knowledgeable. she is always looking to resolve the problem not that I have any and following up to make sure that everything is okay. I cannot imagine sitting in an office all day and still have the patience and giving full attention to each customer like he’s the only one. I highly recommend dealing with Liza with no issues at all. great products and good prices UHS hardware is becoming my one and only favorite hardware supply.

I highly recommend UHS Hardware, they are our go to for all of our car key and key machine needs, it’s very rare that they don’t have a part we are looking for and the turn around time is amazing in most cases we receive our order next day. Roni is excellent, she provides superb customer service and always goes above and beyond. We know she has many other customers but she always finds a way to make Auto Joe feel like a priority!
This is the first time I shopped at UHS hardware. Their store in Hollywood Florida has some great customer representatives like Juan Moran and Jonathan.nIn addition their prices are very competitive compared to many places on the internet.nFinally, this is the kind of companies worth supporting because they employ Americans and they do not have call centers oversees.
