Paul was fantastic! I have sold and purchased several homes and he is by far the very best realtor I have dealt with! Which is a blessing, since I relocated from Indiana to Florida. Paul began communicating with me regularly, without being pushy, well before I made the definite decision to relocate. During the decision making process, he did not only provide information about Florida housing, he also gave thoughtful advice to ensure my real estate agent in Indiana was acting on my best interest. Paul communicates regularly and promptly. He spent many hours driving around different areas on the east coast of Florida taking video and providing feedback. He made sure to understand what I was looking for and was honest when he knew it wouldn't meet my hopes. When I found a home I love, Paul was prompt and drove the next morning to see the home. Once the offer was excepted, Paul continued to communicate and follow up in a manner that went above and beyond. I am confident that if Paul had not been my realtor, I would not be living in my beautiful home in Florida.

My husband and I found Paul through one of his listing. We live in California and were looking to purchase a home in Florida. Paul contacted us an was very attentive to our needs. He even went as far as doing a home visit via his cellphone with us.nnGetting to meet Paul in person was just as pleasant. He spent a couple of days with us and allowed us time to look at properties on our own.nnHe is very familiar with the area and has lots of knowledge of the real estate market and transactions.nnGreat guy to work with. I think we also found a friend to visit when our move is completed.
