My only frustration with Ventura is the parking situation for building 10. Everybody that lives in the 12 units have to park somewhere other than the parking spaces that are provided in front of the building. We were told a pool was going in by our building and the parking would be used for amenities. This is not fair for the tenants having to pay for their unit and park a good distance away from the building carrying groceries, daily life to and from the car that is now parked much further than it should be.nThe pool has not even been started and we were told it is not going by our building now it is being relocated to a different building. I would like to see all of the parking in front of building 10 be reinstated to the tenants of this building please. now other than this ridiculous parking situation, everything has been good here!

No one ever answers the phones or responds to emails. Rent is expensive, they have hardly any amenities for apartment residents, a lot of the condo residents are snooty, maintenance takes forever, trash service is awful. The list can go on. But I strongly suggest you find another apartment elsewhere for much cheaper with staff that actually does their job.

Stay away from these apartments. My experience has been horrible to say the least. If I could give ZERO stars I would. Apparently they have changed management from ConcordRent to First Communities. I was FULLY approved for an apartment back in August. I received the email and I was happy. The new the community manager decided to deny my approved application without any explanation why and now I am trying so hard to get my holding fee back. My application got caught up in the middle of new management vs old management. I feel they should refund me ALL that I have paid because they were the one that faulted on my application. First Communities and the new community manager at these apartments have been totally unprofessional and I have not received any refund. In a way I do feel grateful that I did not move to this place and it was blocked because these people do not care and treat you horrible. All I want is my money back for my approved application.

I never felt as if I could really “feel at home” in an apartment, but this complex definitely does it. The apartments are brand new and extremely clean, maintenance comes in a timely manner, everything is new and functions amazingly. The staff are down to earth and do their best to work with you on any issues that may arise. They definitely know how to talk to their clientele and make them feel valued and appreciated. My boyfriend and I are very happy here! I would recommend to anyone!
