All County has provided me with stellar service. They do right by the tenant and the property owner; operating with transparency and speedy communication. I would like to personally thank Terri and Margie for their exceptional customer service. I never felt like my needs were not a priority, an experience many have felt with agencies.

I rented from All county preferred from July 2018-January 2020 and it was probably one of the worst renting experiences I’ve ever had. When we moved in the place was filthy, there was things broken and not working, they were notified and there was never any repairs. When moving in the pool screens were torn and falling in, it took multiple requests and 15 weeks for them to get repaired. The refrigerator broke and it took a week to get it replaced and no compensation for the fridge full of food that was lost. They are big on central air maintenance but when I had a heating and cooling company come to service the air conditioner and they reported the system was old, not functioning properly, and full of dangerous mold they put the responsibility on the homeowner to choose to replace it. Almost little to no maintenance availability or coverage for anything that breaks it all is supposed to be paid by the renter. They gave me a landscaping company to use, then would come by for monthly pictures of the residence and it was always before my landscaping company and would threaten to evict because of the weeds/lawn not being cut. So they will come by to inspect monthly but won’t come by to fix anything broken. I hired a professional cleaner to clean the place after move out and they still charged a cleaning fee. Don’t expect a deposit back they will nickel and dime you out of that. Claim things don’t work or are broken after move out. They told me weeks before my lease renewal that I had the option to move out or do a short term lease, opted for the short term lease so I didn’t need to rush into finding a new place last minute, after I moved out they just re-rented the place for a higher price. There is little to no consistency between members of their office, each person will tell you something different. So if you’re looking for a place who will overcharge you for rent, have to for repairs out of your pocket like you are the owner or don’t get repairs done at all, and to lose your security deposit for them again to fix existing problems they refused to pay for...this is the place for you!nnIn response to owners response. You can claim there were screen damages by the dog but I know for a fact that no pictures were provided to me with proof that there was alleged damage from the dog prior to move out all screens with the exception of upper screens were all fine, in fact I paid out of pocket to have 3 screen replaced 2 weeks before move out. 9/12/19 I sent information regarding the AC inspection and was told by Margie it was the owners discretion to decide to fix or repair those issues. Every single thing that was broken or not working is either part of renters responsibility or to the owners to approve or not.nThe house was listed on your site again at the end of 2020, listed for $1995 a month when I left I was paying $1645. If explanation of delay in my posting a review is because I purchased my own home and in no need of a inaccurate reference from your company. Your responses to all reviews always try to put the blame on someone else. Addressing the screen repairs...it was 15 weeks so don’t sugar coat it. In fact you had someone come out to quote it and they ended up cutting huge holes in the screens and it went several more weeks before they were repaired. Your company has no issues trying to point the fingers to someone else but will not take true responsibility for yourselves. You never asked for any proof of anything. You wouldn’t take proof of what was broken. My security claim you said a faucet was broken which was incorrect and never provided any evidence of that aside from how much you were charging for repairs on items that were left in working condition. After moving in we saw reviews of this same behavior of no repairs and taking security deposit so I knew at move out it was expected you would find a way to get the money one way or another

My AC went out on my rental it was the middle of the summer and I was very hot and I was very lucky that they sent somebody write out to fix it that meant a lot to me

Was looking at viewing a house set up a viewing to see it, after loading up my family 30 mins before the viewing got an email stating i needed to renewing the listing time. Not an issue rescheduled for an hour later and went an ate lunch. Got another email 30 mins before stating they couldn't show the listing. So i called the office number asking about the issue. The guy who answered said someone already got approved. So i asked if somone could show us any other property since we already drove out of our way. He ignored me and then got an attitude stating he couldn't show me that property since someone was already approved. I just hung up. I will be taking my business elsewhere.

Margie and Terri have been amazing in helping us get into our new rental! They were fast and efficient and very professional. We needed to get in somewhere fast and they moved the process along with ease and comfort and convenience. Highly recommend this company for all your rental and home buying needs!!! Thanks again!!!
