Love this apartment complex, staff is very active. It's always clean, easy to contact staff, they have community rewards as well as activities, fast to schedule repairs if needed, lovely maintenance team too! Lease renewal prices are subject to vary but that's talked about within the paperwork and the property value goes up pretty consistently here given the fact the neighborhood has gotten increasingly better with time. All in all great apartments

Andrew and I think her name was Joan were really great. The entire move in process was extremely streamlined, quick and easy, I had the keys not even a day after I applied.nnThe grounds are nice, good view of the lake / fountain on my balcony, and it's in a really accessible location.

Been here a few months now and honestly I keep finding good things to say. Staff all seem very friendly and helpful. The apartments look great. AC works extremely well, sometimes even too well! I would recommend this place to anyone, especially compared to the place I just came from.

I love living here and I would recommend this place! The leasing staff is amazing and friendly and will go above and beyond to make sure that their tenants are taken care of... the maintenance staff is exceptional at keeping the grounds clean and making sure everything no matter how big or small is working. The grounds of Woodhaven is like an escape, parks that are animal and family friendly, the most beautiful sunsets, not to mention enjoying a walk around one of the many ponds available in the middle of each park.nI am blessed to be apart of such an amazing community.
