They are always engaging and friendly! I love coming here to get a great haircut. I definitely recommend checking in online first so all you need to do is walk right in and they are ready for you!
Always helpful. They're taking cleanliness and hygiene for the recent viral outbreak seriously and doing good work.
I took pictures in front sides and back. I trusted her to cut like I wanted. Obviously she didn't pay attention as she cut her own style. Any way, it's a long story. She didn't show me the back so I thought my hair was still as long as the sides of my hair. When I looked at it after I got home I was shocked. Not only was it not what I wanted and asked for, it was uneven and choppy. When I went back, not only did she not want to listen, she was very condescending. Needless to say, I wouldn't let her touch my hair again. Another stylist tried to even it out and she did somewhat make it better. It's still simply the worst hair cut I've ever had. Now I have an appointment at a salon to get it fixed. I will never ever go to a great Clips again. I guess it goes to show that you get what you pay for. I'm out $20 bucks and will be paying another stylist $45 to do what she can to help me the hair style I want.
Went in and was able to check in online. Randomly decided I was going to chop off my hair and thought to myself if I don’t do it now I’m never going to do and I’m glad I went to GreatClips! I generally go to a friend's house and get it cut by them, but this place was friendly, gave helpful hair suggestions, and overall were really good to me and my sister!
