As a first-time home buyer I had done some research beforehand but was really grateful for Vianah! We met by coincidence while I was selling a fishing rod to her for her husband. We found out she was an real estate agent and have been working with her every since. The process went so smoothly and she was an absolute pleasure to work with. She was very knowledgeable about the process and was a great resource. She offered her opinion when I asked and helped me to consider things I hadn’t thought of. She sent me every home she felt was in our parameters. One day she sent me a house that we couldnt resist. My questions about financing and where the best escrot agent in town were answered promptly and honestly. We closed on our home last month and are hanging pictures and buying furniture as I write this. I’ll definitely reach out to Vienna in the future and I recommend her to all my friends and family! I normally never do reviews on anything,. But buying our first home and working with Diane McKay from Coldwell Banker Carrol Realty was a most enjoyable experience. We couldn't have asked for a more knowledgeable, helpful and caring realtor. Diane went beyond what anyone would ever expect to make sure we understood everything and were totally comfortable with each step of the buying process. Excellent service all the way around!
