Best apartment complex I've ever been in!! I was here up until Hurricane Michael, then sadly had to move. I moved back in as soon as I could though, because I was very happy with this place. The apartments are spacious and very well kept along with the rest of the complex. The entire staff is awesome. They were always there to help me with anything I needed, especially during the craziness of the hurricane. Lauren, the manager, is amazing! She made moving back after the storm a breeze and worked with me when I got orders and sadly had to move out again. They are family oriented and really care about their residents! I highly recommend this place! Especially if you are military!!

We have lived at Waterstone for 8 months. We have had an excellent experience. Our building is clean and updated, our apartment was in excellent condition when we moved in. The grounds and office are well maintained and the office staff is very friendly. The pond is beautiful and the pool is always clean. This has been a great place to live.

Other than the one trash compactor in the whole community....this place is perfect!!! No other complaints!! Clean, pretty, reasonably priced

From The Hinds. Bravo Waterstone! A wonderful place to live and if Hurricane Michael didn’t chase us away we’d still be there in our nice big apt. Sandra and Lauren in management are exceptional! All concerns handled promptly and professionally.They even helped us with our transition to a new apt. Don’t rent in Panama City until you’ve seen Waterstone at Jenks!
