I'm a carpenter by trade ,but have good knowledge and experience in almost every type of construction so harbor freight is to me what toys-r-us is to a kid. They have every tool you could possibly need to make the job easier. They don't have the big name brand tools but that's no problem for me cause I've always got my money's worth and so much more out of every purchase I've made there. I Love this place so much my wife never let's me go with over $200 in my pocket and I cant argue cause I will literally spend every last penny at this store. Great discount and coupons too it's a win all the way around

I added a 2” Standard Receiver Tube, to the passenger side of my truck. Of course you can’t tow on the road or hang a plow on it, but for just moving a light trailer around it’s a snap! Enables me to “jockey” trailers around in tight spaces while facing and looking down the curb side of the trailer. They make front hitch receivers, but they can cost hundreds of dollars and they scrape parking curbs cause they sit too low. This $12 Receiver Tube and a couple grade 8 bolts thru the frame was an easy half hour job that saves me time squirreling around a trailer from the rear truck mount.

They usually have a steady work through of traffic in and out. Nice layout where its pretty easy to find what you're looking for, but if need be ask. They have a nice staff and they will try to help anyway they can. On a few occasions they have loaded up for me. They are great when it comes to big or heavy items you have bought. Most of the staff are really knowledgeable even if u are trying to explain it to them. Sometimes it's like a good game of charades. They have really good prices and rewards for members.
