On Thanksgiving Day our septic tank overflowed leaving us without the ability to use toilets, sinks or take showers. They answered which was good and scheduled to come on Friday after lunch. They NEVER came would not answer the phone. We left messages and they never called back. We had to find another company that couldn't come until Saturday. So we spent our holiday without the ability to use water. This company is not reliable! I would give it a negative five stars!!
James was very friendly and willing to answer all of my questions. He works very fast and professionally. I recommend BBS to anyone that has septic pumping needs.
James and his crew were on time, professional and had my entire system pumped out in 20 minutes. Would highly recommend them!
I couldn't be happier with the service BBS Septic & Environmental services provided. They were very professional,clean, explained my septic system to me and how they work. They pumped my septic tank out & did a very thorough job of making sure my tank was inspected correctly & my alarm works to alert me if any issues. I most definitely will be a returning customer.
