My wife and I have known Cheryl since 2005 and have worked with her in purchasing 1 property and selling 2. She is by far the best agent in the Hampton Roads area. She is caring, knowledgeable and very professional. She kept us informed and up to date throughout the process. Cheryl has always produced great results for our family and friends. She recently sold our house in Franklin City, in Southampton County for 13k above what other real estate agents in the area estimated. I would not hesitate to recommend her to anyone I know.

Cheryl and the team over at Kiln Creek Realty were fantastic to work with. My mother is a realtor in another state and even she was thoroughly impressed with their work. We had a ton of issues with our new home and Cheryl helped us navigate every issue to help us prepare the home for sale even though we were several states away. I was a nervous wreck knowing I had to sell our home from out of state but Cheryl made it super easy for us. She took care of everything and our home sold quickly and for a great price. I highly recommend Cheryl and couldn’t be more grateful for her help!

Anjella helped us to find our perfect house. She was very prompt in sending us any new listing that could potentially interest us and was able to schedule a tour within few hours of the listing time. Most of the time we were first or second to look the house. She was very patient and considerate with us. Because of her professionalism from multiple offers sent to the seller, our offer was the one to be accepted which we are very happy about. Always answers phone calls and text messages, regardless it is weekend or very late time of a day. The whole process from the contract to the closing went quite smoothly. My agent was Amber and the experience was really great! She was very communicative and helpful. She gave great advice and the people she recommended for closing, home inspection, etc were all amazing as well. The home buying process is exhausting but Amber really helped me manage all the stress. I definitely recommend Kiln Creek Realty!

Cheryl recently sold my property in Newport news VA. I live out of state so I needed an real estate agent that will make a quick sale and address any situation to may occur quickly. She was very thorough in her approach, accessible via text and email, respond quickly to my questions and concerns, and a quick problem solver. She did a fantastic job and I highly recommend her.
