This is the Best Chick Fil A in the 757. My first paycheck came from this location and I want to thank Mr. Kevin Harrison (Operator) for showing me how hard work and dedication results in success. Thank you sir.

We usually go to the location in Yorktown and never had any issues but now that we moved this location is closer. Last night they forgot our sauces and gave me grilled chicken instead of the crispy. The grilled chicken was so rubbery I wound up giving it to my dogs and I didn’t eat. Today I went back to finally get my crispy chicken sandwich and the bun was stale. Only one sauce when the other locations give you like 3 or 4. I’d rather drive the extra 2 miles to go to the Yorktown location

Using the their App and going through the Drive Thru is super easy. Fast and efficient. The food is always on point. I have zero complaints. The employees are super polite

I've never been so disappointed with chicfila before. We had two different orders , 4 shakes , 1 fry, and 1 order of nuggets. They pulled us up and asked us to wait . No big deal , until 25 cars surpassed us . 15 minutes later they asked us what we ordered. Wow.

Does anyone ever really have something negative to say about Chick-fil-A? I have a feeling any concerns voiced to a manager will immediately be met with humility and free chicken. I love everything about Chick-fil-A
