Grateful for amazing customer service, especially during the stressful holiday season. I was looking for places to order a holiday meal for my great aunt and her son, since I'm unable to visit for Christmas and she's no longer able to cook. She's cooked our family Christmas dinner for over 30 years. They asked for Piccadilly's, but the online option for the holiday catering was closed, so I called the store. Let me tell you the General Manager, Ms. Jones was AMAZING!!! She truly made this holiday season much brighter. She allowed me to order the holiday catering option. The only available date was 12/26--which I needed it in time for Christmas. I tried calling the store several times--no answer. Due to desperation, I emailed the store and Ms. Jones called me right back, literally a minute later to change the pickup date to Christmas Eve Day. I LOVE amazing customer service. I work in the food industry and know what this time of year means for restaurants. Thank you so much, Ms. Jones! You've really brightened this holiday season for us. Merry Christmas!

Great food at prices that will not break the bank. Slow line, so come with a charged phone or some talkative friends because only three employees on the serving line for the Sunday famished after church crowd. I did see through the window that the people behind the counter were hustling to keep platters coming to the serving line. It was Super Bowl Sunday and my hunch is some employees became “sick.”

I wish they would have taught the Norfolk team to make Roast beef that tender. The ladies there. Kudos! Mind you I came from Norfolk to get lunch. I was not disappointed. It will be early dinner next time at 2 for 20$.

I wouldn’t give this restaurant a star if it was an option but I had to choose at least one to leave a review. This place was HORRIBLE!!!! Restaurant was dirty it could use a nice DEEP CLEANING reminded me of Saint Paul’s College Cafe, very run down. THE FOOD WAS DISGUSTING thought I couldn’t go wrong with ordering fried chicken well I was wrong. It was greasy with no taste so I picked the meat out of the leg didn’t bother eating the thigh. Mac and cheese was like soup with no flavor, yams looked like they were from the can and tasted like nothing. And the sweet tea that was “homemade” tasted like 4 bags of sugar. Overall I would not recommend going here on a empty stomach or eating here ever again!

Came in for some takeout on Friday, even though it was limited seating, place was clean and just the way I remembered it. Staff was very nice and courteous. Food was fresh and hot, we ordered the liver and onions dinner and two piece fried chicken! Glad they're back open!
