Carter Funeral Home has provided great service for our family in the loss of our loving mother. This was THE WORST funeral experience i have ever been through. If I could give zero stars I would. The funeral director was very rude, hasty, and the burial site was well below subpar. The director read through the obituary at the speed of light, passing over every punctuation mark there was. There was water still in the grave site. Overall, this service was a tragedy. Nothing here was done to my liking at all. This individual was brought to Virginia to be buried around family. She even served honorably in the military, and yet with this company she was treated like garbage. DO NOT UTILIZE THEIR SERVICES.
