So I made a rash decision to cut 8 inches off of my hair after my divorce last year (don’t do it!). I have been struggling to grow it back, so I decided to look into extensions. I’m new to the area, and have trust issues because of previous hairdressers... we all have those stories! This was all brand new to me, but I decided to go for a consult with Pink (Olivia) to see what it was all about.nnFrom the moment I walked in I felt like I was a regular customer, even though it was my first time there. Everyone was friendly and inviting. I told Pink what I was looking for, and asked about a certain type of extensions. She was super honest, down to earth and understood exactly what I was looking for. She suggested a different type of extensions that would be better for my hair, and I went with her suggestion. So glad I did! I absolutely love my hair! It can be a learning process (we joke about it, she knows what I mean haha), but I’m SO glad I took the leap. I can’t believe how well she color matched my hair too!nnBeing new to an area and trying to find a place to get your hair done can be tough. So happy I found my new hair girl! Pink is amazing at what she does. She is a true artist! Thank you for your patience, honesty and kindness! Marcia is super sweet too. We all talked and laughed... it’s a great place to spend a few hours with all the fun ladies there. Go ahead and get some luxury in your life, babe! Coming from a person who is skeptical/jaded bc of past hair salon experiences: this salon is the one.nMy stylist is Pink. From my first consult with her, she has always been beyond pleasant and down to earth. It is almost like talking to an old friend when she services my hair (which is rare). She is always up front about the prices so I know what to expect, she is knowledgeable about services and techniques and, baby, my Black, African American 4c curly hair is straight and sleek!nThe salon itself is stylish and posh, even with the renovation work they are having right now. You still have a personal booth which makes good for private conversations with your stylist without you feeling like other people in the salon are watching our breathing all over you.nI look forward to being a regular here. Absolutely Amazing. Just moved to the area from MO and randomly picked this place. Had a consultation for extensions walked in feeling like it wasn’t even going to be an option for me with severe hair thinning and major hair loss. Left consultation feeling very excited for my appt.nGot extensions few weeks later and it’s been absolutely life changing. Have my confidence back and in love with my hair. I’ve never had extensions before so I can’t compare my experience but I can’t imagine it having gone better elsewhere. Marcia and Pink we’re both very helpful and informative.nI Even had a mixup with quoted price being different then actual cost and Marcia honored the quoted price. Nothing but positive things to say. Looking forward to my touch up appointment tomorrow.

Save yourself the time and don't go here. I saw all these amazing reviews for this place but I failed to read the bad ones, which are 100% accurate. So if you want to wait 2 hours after your scheduled appointment for a botched sew in by all means this is your place. Don't forget they will put the wrong hair on you and blame you for everything then overcharge you all while yelling at you. So please let the owner reply to this review saying it's all my fault and that she offered to redo it (which I have no confidence whatsoever that she can fix whatever wrong she did to my hair), then still accuse me of being late to an appointment she was running late for. Please save your coins for another place that isn't money hungry.

Pink is an amazing stylist, she will tell you what is good for your hair and what’s not. My hair has never looked so good. She’s made me a loyal customer that’s for sure.
