Loved this place. Jess was our guide and she was awesome. My son is 8 and autistic and he is very much into animals, especially big cats and wolves. He was so excited to hear the wolves howl and he told me it was the best trip ever. He loved it and so did I. I love animals too, especially big ones. They were so beautiful to behold so close. If you or your kids love animals, this is something you should do.

I honestly didn't want to leave. The staff was amazing and you can tell the amount of pride they take in the care of these animals. This was a incredible experience!! Every single animal was was definitely healthy and seemed completely happy. It was amazing to see how close the staff was with these animals!!

We visited today for the first time and had a really great time! Our guide was awsome and really knowledgeable about all of the animals, you could tell she genuinely loved the animals. all of the enclosures were kept clean and all of the animals looked healthy and happy. in the gift shop the clerk in there was very kind and seemed genuine as well. Overall we had a great time learning about all of the animals and seeing some I have never seen before.

What a delightful and educational experience here! Kim (Sparky) was a wonderful tour guide! She didn't just know every animal's name but everything about them and you can tell she and all the other workers we encountered along the tour, love these animals and take really good care of them. You can see most of the animals pretty close up and if you're lucky they'll even sing, roar, howl, etc. for you - that is an amazing experience. Can't wait to visit again!
