Bill baker has got to be the worst realtor ever. Made an official offer on property to him 3 yrs ago... no calls returned, left a note on his desk nothing. Just tried to negotiate another deal with him,doesn't do what he says and doesn't return calls.guess he underestimates people.......

We worked with Tammy Brankley in purchasing our home in Clarksville. It was a complicated process since we were not in VA & had to deal with the transaction & all that it involved from FL & NY. Tammy was amazing through it all. We relied on her to handle so many details that were not possible for us from out of state. She was consistently pleasant, always willing to help, and went above & beyond in guiding us to closing. We successfully closed on our home.
