We decided in March of 2016 it was time to stop paying rent and invest in our own place. I contacted Jessica Bean and she met with us and What we really wanted in a house. She was great to work with and provided many different options. When we finally found the house we wanted, She was great at communicating with us even on the weekends and in the evenings. Whenever I had a question or looking for more information she was extremely responsive. We finally signed on our home in June of 2016 and have loved our house since. Sarah Seekins with KW Realty was an outstanding realtor. We told her all that we were looking for in a home. She made up a list of all homes that were close or spot on to what we were looking for. She was very flexible in making appointments for viewings and was very responsive with any and all questions. She gave us some very good tips on what to do for putting in an offer, negotiating an offer, and then what to do after the offer was accepted. We ended up finding the home we wanted and she helped us figure out a fair offer that was accepted right away. We had been through financing already, however, we ran in to some issues with that lender. Sarah searched and found a lender that could help us and would not give us the same issues. We got in with the new lender in the beginning of August and we were closed on our home by the 19th of August. Sarah was an overall outstanding realtor and I would recommend her to anyone looking to purchase or sell their home.
