Unprofessional, they do not respond to people's inquires about rentals when you respond to their posts. They read your message and leave it at that. Responding is a large part of the job so I think it was quite rude and like I said unprofessional.

Chrissy at Cargill Property Management/ Real Estate has been hands down the best property manager I have ever had and I have lived in close to 40 different places all across the west coast and Hawaii. Chrissy is easy to get a long with, works with your schedule, and has always been available for anything when I needed her. I would reccomend her to my own family. Thank you!

There easy to work with

Listen up folks! We have rented from Crissy at Cargill for the last 1.5 and she has been great!! When we had some issues come up she was quick to respond and quick to resolve! When it was time for us to move out, because we were taking a trip across country for a few months and didn't want to have the expense of a rental, she got our deposit back us very quickly. We are now back in town and she is diligently working on finding us another place and, due to very few places available, she even recommend another management company to help to! We would recommend Cargill Property Management and Realty to anyone hands down!!
