For one it only has one way in One Way Out and it moves very very very slow
With the installation of a third rail the natural sound barrier behind my house is gone. The trains do not blow their horns when they come to the crossings, and right now August 17 2019 the only entrance and exit out of the neighborhood that I live in is now blocked by a train. This is highly unsat if there was an emergency the first responders can not access the neighborhood to do their jobs. If a train has to stop at least stop before the crossing to where the gate does not come down.
They own the roadway
Very well run, productive, and extremely safety minded. Unfortunately the guy in charge is unprofessional and rude.
