Uses illegal practices and intimidation tactics. I was behind on my rent and had made arrangements to pay with the property manager. I made the mistake of complaining about the gas stove malfunctioning and next thing I know, I received a 3-day eviction notice from Idaho. I live in Washington. I requested a proper notice pursuant to WASHINGTON State and instead of receiving one, they shut off the power. Which is VERY illegal. After I called the power company and the police, I turned it back on like I was told to do. 2 days later, the landlord, Andrew, physically removed the breakers from the main breaker box. Mind you, I have yet to receive an actual VALID notice of any sort whatsoever.

Andrew Phelps & Nathan Barnett are two of the BIGGEST scammers! BEWARE. They keep changing their company name as well. Do NOT deal with either one, they cut corners, and they do not complete things up to code at all. Purchasing a house from them was a total nightmare and is costing me a fortune in repairs to things they didn't do correctly the first time.

Dynamic real estate solutions backed out of the purchase of our home the day before closing and refused to release the earnest money.
