I have worked with this company twice now, when I purchased my house, and now under contract for selling it. I worked with Brooke Mora each time and she has been on top of things and very thorough with her communication.nnThis company also went above and beyond last year during the government shut down, their employees and families volunteered their time and turned their office into a food pantry to help Coast Guard families, like myself, that were affected by the shut down. Having a new born at the time, this made everything easier and less stressful at the time. Thank you for such an incredible team.

They took great pics, had a virtual tour, and pushed it out to a number of different markets just to try and connect with potential buyers moving to VA. Cyndi also kept in contact about showings, gave us feedback from buyers, and walked us through the offers we received. She also discussed all of the inspections so that we understood exactly what was happening. She brought a lot of expertise with her. I really felt like her knowledge of real estate was top notch. Finally, when we secured a contract we had to move early. Cyndi took care of all the details like mowing the lawn, cleaning the pool, etc., until we could close on the house.nnI was extremely happy with Vertical Realty and would use them again in a heart beat. I get a real estate agent for the expertise that the person brings and the service that the agency can offer. Cyndi's knowledge was simply invaluable. I never worried about whether she did not know or really understand some facet of selling our home.
