Not really fair to rate with the stars. The sandwich was ok. If you are going to require your employees to wear masks at least teach them that the mask should cover both nose and mouth. We were there today Sunday about 2:30 and both employees had their masks under their noses.... does absolutely no good whatsoever.... seriously we thought it was ridiculous!

I strongly suggest if you're going to get snarky with a customer because they're too short to see and need to step closer to the case, you sure better not be hanging over the counter talking to your friends when we walked in. COVID-19 or not, double standards has no dignity. Lost my business. Bye...bye

The manager is the person who helped me. So of course you think you would get the best service but no it was the exact opposite. She was so rude. If I could I would give zero stars.

Went in this morning and ordered the new brisket sandwich. The girl behind the counter. She pushed for Italian bread, nearly refused the pepper jack cheese and flat out refused to put anything on it veggies wise. Told me THIS IS HOW IT IS. I can't have Italian bread so I ended up giving it away. I told her I wanted wheat bread and she did it her way. Never going back
