Always friendly staff and a lot of turtles! Sorry to find out about their big snapping turtle passed away recently. Always a joy to see their iguana! Looks like he enjoyed some food and taking an afternoon nap.
Rockwood has many different animal exhibits which I love.
Surprisingly informative and well done. Make it a point to visit nature center while I am there.
I love the trails. It is quite a intense workout if you like to jog in the outdoors.
Nicely done park with widely paved trails and staffed nature building. Several fields and courts to play various sports. Very large and well-maintained.nnNow if only the dog folks would be consistent in cleaning up their duties. ;)
