Cindy is the best! Knowledgeable, responsive, and very enjoyable to work with. She is so full of information, she was able to talk us (first time home buyers) through the entire home buying process on our very first call. She was there to answer all of our many questions and I don't think there was one thing we asked her that she didn't know. She also knows the area so well and was a great resource deciding which neighborhood would be best for us. She helped us put in an offer over a holiday and made the whole thing feel as easy as possible! Could not recommend enough!

Buying a house for a first time can be very intimidating, not only is it a big a responsibility but the entire length and process can seem scary at the beginning. Luckily for me and my sister, working with someone as professional and helpful as Cindy was a huge help. She explained things in detailed, always available when we had questions. We can't thank her enough for all her help and also for being super patient with us.

Cindy Ridgway met and then exceeded every expectation we had for her. She was highly knowledgeable about our local market and could see clearly how much our house was worth. She helped us tweak things on it before we put it on the market that ensured a smooth sale. In fact, our house sold for above asking price. Her personality is so genuine and easy going, while professional. I always felt she had time for my questions and things simply could not have gone better. I'll note that we sold our house during the pandemic, and nothing in-person was allowed in our state. Cindy helped us remotely - and it was as smooth as I said above! Don't bother with any other agent in Narberth and surrounding areas. Cindy is the expert you want on your side. She'd be my real estate agent for life if we hadn't moved out of state. I may try to convince her to relocate ;)

Cindy is simply an amazing realtor. I have now used her to sell a home in 2015 (moving out of the area) and to buy a home in 2020 (returning). She knows the market well and can really help you figure out the right price and buying/selling strategies. Her wealth of contacts brought us to homes before they hit the market. She's just been a pleasure to work with.

I just cannot recommend Cindy enough to anyone and everyone who is looking for a home in the Main Line and the Greater Philly area! As I started to plan for my move to Philly from a west-coast city, I was nervous since I knew little about the market and the pandemic essentially forced me to do everything over the cloud. Luckily, I had Cindy help me navigate the uncharted water from the beginning to the end: numerous phone conversations, video tours, coordination with so many people involved, and many tweaks that I'd have never paid attention to. She was simply professional, caring, and extremely easy to talk to. Never forget she was a lawyer herself and I always trusted her advice and judgment in critical things. She even went beyond and offered a lot of help with my actual move-in after closing. Looking back, I just can't imagine any of this without Cindy's help all along.nnBottom line: I'd give Cindy more than five stars if I were able to. And I think what is harder to assess from a pure business relationship is just how genuinely nice of a person she is, and how good it is to have her around. Thank you so much, Cindy!
