I had the pleasure of working with Rebekah Bailey she was very helpful and provided me with a lot of information being a first time homebuyer. She was very patient and not pushy, she worked at my pace. When the time came to put in an offer she was very diligent and worked really hard at making sure everything was in place and as it should be. Very pleased with how everything turned out, and I am now in a beautiful home and I have Rebekah to thank for that! Would definitely recommend working with her or anyone else from her team!

Christine Nolt and her team did an incredible job helping us sell not just 1 house but 2 houses as we relocated to Maine. Christine helped in every aspect of the process. From running the comps to price the houses at the front end of the process all the way to sitting in the final settlement since I was already in Maine. Her office staff handle a ton of items in the final days of closing and it took all the stress off my wife and I. They were able to list and sell both properties in less in two weeks! I highly recommend Christine and her team to anyone who is in the market to sell or buy a house. She goes the extra mile to get the job done!

My wife and I can’t say enough good about our experience with Rebekah and the team at Nolt & Bailey! We worked them for about two years looking for a new home to grow into. Over those two years we had the opportunity to work with and get to know Rebekah, Christine, and some of the other in the Kingsway family. My wife and I were so impressed with how knowledgeable, professional, and patient they were with us as we picked through houses over the years. When the market lit up in summer of 2020, we decided to sell our starter home. After 4 days on the market they presented 13 offers to us, all over asking! After all we have been though in our lives and on the house hunt, the Nolt & Bailey team became more like family. They have been a true blessing!
