Ross is amazing!!! After my house was significantly damaged in a flood, I sought out a way to sell it in a short sale because I could not afford the repairs. Initially, I had two realtors and a contractor tell me that my house would not qualify for a short sale. I also had an attorney advise me to “just walk away” and let it go into foreclosure. Then I contacted Ross, who was confident that not only would it qualify for a short sale, but that he could get it done. The sale was final in December 2020!!! He did what other professionals said could not be done. Ross was diligent, knowledgeable and hardworking. I will be forever grateful for his services!
