Came in for a tour, was stood up. Nobody was in the office when I got there, and nobody came in for the 45 minutes while i was waiting.nnI really wish I read some of these reviews before coming in. I hope that you, if you’re considering this place, are doing that right now. I couldn’t imagine renting from people who are so horribly mismanaged. If they invite you in for an interview, I wouldn’t take them up on it unless you only live five or so minutes away. Otherwise you’ll be wasting you’re time. They probably aren’t going to be there.nn**Edit**nnThey just emailed me back (~1 hour after my appointment was supposed to be) to let me know they stepped out for lunch. For about an hour and a half. even though they had an appointment.

I like it here. My apartment is nice. No big issues. The online system for rent and maintenance issues is easy and cool. Valet trash is convenientwith the drive up. Just got to make sure to follow the rules.

My tour experience was good. Kimberly answered all of my questions and the apartments are nice!

Nice place . Staff dont do much on fixing things and there's no where to park at all everyday some one has tickets or being towed. I think they should take out the middle row of garages or use the hill for extra parking ud83eudd14? But is nice property

I've lived here for 2.5 years and have thoroughly enjoyed my stay. My neighbors and community have always been very polite and respectful.The staff have always been so helpful and kind. Avery Ashby was the leasing agent who helped me through my first time signing my lease and living in an apartment complex. He was always available for anything I needed and am very thankful for that which added to my positive experience. The maintenance staff were also very quick in helping to address any issues that I had throughout my stay. I would definitely recommend this apartment complex.
