Prospector was absolutely amazing! I had a damaged pipes and a water pump and they were at my house making the repair the day that I called! Incredibly professional and knowledgeable. The problem was more extensive than they originally anticipated and they came back the next day to finish the job at an incredibly reasonable price. I highly recommend this company and will definitely be using them again in the future!

Showed up in a timely manner, quick service. Didn't try and sell me something I don't need. Nick was very personable and seemed eager to fix my problem right. Highly recommend, will use again and so will my renter. Very impressed, I have delt with several companies in Fairbanks and this one had been the best experience.

The service I received was prompt and friendly. Next day service. Service people were knowledgeable and took time to explain my options. I gave four stars because I really wanted an itemized statement of the parts and labor and that was not an option. This company quotes per job and could not answer specifics on the price I paid for a new hot water heater and what the rate was for the labor. It was an all inclusive quote. So if you don't mind paying per job not parts and labor then this is a great company. I think this information is good for the consumer. Given the time I would have called around for pricing however, my water heater was leaking and I didn't have time. I would recommend J-Rod's for a job well done. They will be at the top of my list.

If you're looking for a professional, dependable and reliable plumbing company this is it. I called them and Ayla answer the phone she was very responsive and quickly arranged to have Andrew come inspect the property, diagnose the issue and provide me with an estimate. Andrew was very knowledgeable and took his time to explained the process and the work that needed to be done. I have used their services numerous times in the last 2 months and can genuinely say that they have been outstanding. Special Thanks to Ayla, Andrew, Nick and Jared keep up the great work!!

They were able to come out same-day-request. They were very knowledgeable and didn't seemed rushed when I asked them a billion questions and to change up my request of what they were called out for originally. We will 100% use them again.
