We used Erik in the purchase of our new house and Erik went above and beyond what is expected of any agent. There were some issues that came up and a few things needed to be taken care of on the new house before it could pass inspection and instead of recommending someone that could do the work Erik put on his work clothes and went to work clearing ivy off the side of the house and hanging new drywall in the garage. We didn’t have to ask he just did it. I was really impressed by Erik’s work ethic and he was extremely professional and courteous. I would definitely recommend using Erik as a real estate Agent.
