I’ve lived here for almost a year, and I’m glad I chose this place over several other options when I moved to the area. Abby (the manager) is very responsive, professional, and friendly. Being able to walk to QFC right cross the street and to the waterfront in less than 10 minutes is really nice. Highly recommended.

Abby is one of the best managers around - very responsive, always warm, and highly professional. The apartments are conveniently located and feature some great views. Highly recommend.

Great experience working with Spencer and team through the lease process. Been here for about two months and have had no issues! Rent is reasonable for the area, plenty of street parking, and can barely hear neighbors.
