Daughter moved out November 30th was charged twice for last months utility’s! The carpet was spotless and cleaned the entire apartment yet charged her after being there for one year for new carpet and cleaning! Don’t recommend for anyone for short term! You stole from a young adult who responsibly cleaned and maintained the apartment!

I only give this place a 4 star because of the parking problems. There's not enough parking and so people park where ever they want too. It has happened twice that someone has blocked me in so I cant move our car. We have called to towing company they can't do anything about it. The Security said they can't do anything about either. It doesn't make sense to me on why people send today can park wherever they would like even if it's a no parking zone. If the complex can't do anything about a car parking in front of another one not letting that car out It seems very unsafe. What if there is an emergency and that vehicle needed to get somewhere but they couldn't because the car was blocking them and there was no way for them to move it. Seeing how many people live in the complex it's very hard to figure out whose vehicle that is to ask them to move it. It's not the complexes fault that someone has parked in front of our vehicle but I don't understand why there is no precaution for moving a vehicle that is blocking another one in. Especially if the car that's being blocked needs to go to work and they can't move because of vehicle is parked in their way.

Please only apply to live here if you are 100% sure you're moving in. They do HARD INQUIRY background checks. I found a better deal and never moved in. Yet still waiting for this to drop off my report a year later. Clearly they do not trust tenants and do not care. I have rented in many cities across the country and have not had other hard inquiries via this company Thunderbird uses.

I've lived at Thunderbird Village since 2013 and it's a wonderful place to live! I'm a lifelong renter in multiple states and I can confidently say that Thunderbird is the best apartment complex I've ever lived in.nThe main difference is: the staff. Andrea, Abigail and Gianna are fantastic. They have the perfect blend of friendliness & professionalism, which is very important in a residential community. I don't stop-by the office too often but I always feel like I'm receiving word-class customer service when I'm there. I always feel like a valued tenant. They also work great together as a team.nMaintenance here is far and way superior to everywhere else I've lived. I've had landlords in the past who refuse to fix things or take weeks or months to get something completed. The times that I've placed a maintenance request, I've never had to wait longer than 48 hours and frequently I've received service the same day. Then, there's the quality of the maintenance staff: Moises is a genius who takes pride in quality workmanship and can take care of virtually anything. Orlando is great and was kind enough to answer some basic home improvement questions I had last time he was here.nParking is absolutely day and night better than a few years ago. I choose not to have a reserved spot, the parking permits have worked really well, I've never had to park off-site and 95% of the time I get a spot right next to my building. There are also very reasonable guest parking hours and plenty of off-site parking.nThe only thing that I don't like about Thunderbird Village is that you can't really walk to many places (supermarkets, coffee shops, etc.) so you have to drive, however we do have a giant, beautiful nature trail that is literally connected to Thunderbird - so during the Fall, Spring & Summer - it's phenomenal.

The rent doesn't go up or down, federally speaking. Weight room, Swimming Pool, Carport, Pet Friendly, Good Area.
