I absolutely loved Jessica and Samantha. They both were so energetic and happy people it made me feel so refreshed and excited to move into my new home. When someone makes the atmosphere completely inviting, you simply do not have to struggle with picking your location to live. It’s easy because home should feel warm and inviting!! They've Been Very Fair About Getting A New Key To My Mailbox For The One That I Lost. It's Only Going To Cost Me:, $5:00 Dollars. They've Been Really Kind Here For All That They've Done For Me. I Would Highly Recommend This Place To Rent For Anyone Whose Looking For A Place To Live In And Rent From.

First of all Jessica is awesome! I was having such bad luck with many apartment complexes. It’s hard finding an apartment when no one is available to answer your questions! Jessica was the only person that communicated with me in a timely matter! She sent me walk through videos of our apartment since I was moving across the country.. upon arrival, our apartment looks exactly like the video!nVery content!

We are supposed to be moving in today or tomorrow, it was postponed due to the snow, would have been nice if they would have called or emailed us and let us know they were closed on the day we were scheduled to move in, we still made it there jn the snow and they were closed, but all is good, I am looking forward to this move, I read all these negative reviews but I know that they have updated the apartments since then, I lived here three years ago with no problem so shouldnt be any different now.

The staff is nice, I liked them. I understand that the company is low on new tenants coming in. But we have been ripped off! when we received our check from moving out I was shocked. I was expecting at least half because we left that place spotless. We left the last place we rented from them spotless as well and we got our whole deposit back. And when we moved in we had to re-clean the apartment that they said they cleaned for us. When we moved in we found nails, rubber bands and bits of glass in the carpet!? again this place was supposedly cleaned before we moved in, Right? so we had to re-clean the place. And to receive practically nothing after doing a better cleaning job then they did is insulting. We deserve half of our deposit back for the cleaning we did.
