Just as delicious as I remember! The giant hot chicken sub really hit the spot on a rainy day. This location is much more convenient than driving into cascade station. We ordered online and picked it up in store within 15 minutes. There are 2 parking spots for orders placed in advance so no need to worry about finding a parking spot. The staff and customers wore masks and socially distanced. Overall, a fast and easy lunch on the go. Welcome to the neighborhood!
I used to be the manager of a Jersey Mike's restuarant in Alabama about 6 months ago, and let me tell you, this place has the best team I've ever seen. There was just the right amount of people on shift to keep up with the busy rush while not seeming to crowded behind the counter, everyone knew what they were doing and did it with a big smile on their face, the manager was super friendly (just like the rest of the staff) and they were getting food out pretty quickly considering how busy they were. Bottom line, amazing team, amazing manager and amazing food. I will definitely be returning soon!
Ok I know these guys are new and I love Jersey Mike’s. So I ordered some sandwiches on their app like I do at Cascade Station. At Cascade when I get there it is always waiting for me. This time at the new place though, I went in when it was suppose to be ready and I waited almost 20 minutes longer. In the meantime I saw people walk in order their sandwiches at the counter an leave at least 8 people while I was still waiting. They need to fix their online ordering. Still the food is good.
I love how thinly they slice their meat here, so much yummier than Jimmy John's or Subway! We used the app to order and all of our substitutions were correct and our order was ready before the pick-up time which was really nice. The regular size is actually pretty big, I'll probably order a mini next time.
Love Mike's way! This is by far my favorite sandwich shop. This location has always been speedy and friendly as well. Very happy with it.
