BlackedOut 406 TAXI & LIMOUSINE

BlackedOut406 has polite drivers and clean rides. And on top of that they have very good ride pricing. Seriously, check them out some time instead of walking. Call ahead and schedule a pick up so there is no wait and the drivers will call or text when they are there to pick you up. And did i say that they had suprisingly good ride prices?

They must not train their drivers on state laws.... their driver did NOT slow down or move over for emergency crews on the side of the road. So their destination must have been more important than my husbands life!

I understand normally how refunds not being excepted but especially during this pandemic if someone gets sick they should be able to get their deposit back or at least half when it's something beyond their control. Have a heart people , I would give the company negative review if I could in customer service , being professional, and human decency. Anyone thinking about using them make sure you don't get sick or got forbid contract the virus (even tho that's beyond your control) or you'll get ripped off your whole deposit. Seriously there's little to no difference between taking a full deposit from someone who becomes I'll and has decency and heart to not want to get others sick and from you just stealing it out of their bank account. Shame on u.

Plus to hear other stories of drivers being tweaked out. I'm so thankful I didn't put my family in that situation. it won't take more than 4 people. (Mom dad and 3 kids)Always get the uber. They are super fast and you know exactly what to expect. Uber is very cheap and they have 5 people cars always available

I booked them for a pick up at least a week out. 20 minutes after I was supposed to be picked up I called from the airport to see where my cab was and I was informed the company was bogged down driving patrons from an event happening on Malmstrom AFB. I told them that had nothing to do with me and I had an appointment and did not appreciate being stranded. I told them forget it, and called a friend, and have been boycotting them ever since. I would have been happy to have just continued boycotting them and holding on to my story except I overheard colleague and how he was treated after cancelling his reservation and I felt compelled to share. I will never use this company and hope to see a day when a competitor rises up and squashes them.
