We highly recommend Ed and Beth Schoenen for those looking for real estate professionals! The guidance they provided along the way worked perfectly for us. Selling and buying a house is a complicated deal. My son bought his house in Great Falls while he was still in the Airforce. He purchased the house and used Jody Jakes as his agent to purchase roughly 8 years ago,,,, Fast forward to November of 2018 when his wife got a job offer in Omaha Nebraska and they had 3 weeks to report. Mom and Dad drove up to Great Falls and moved everyone and pets to Omaha. 2 years later he decided to sell the house that had been vacant for 2 years. Needless to say, a number of things needed to be done. While in Great Falls he again hired Jody Jakes to sell his house. Little did she know what she was getting into. In our eyes, Jody Jakes is by far the best real estate person in Great Falls. Jody coordinated multiple contactors after we went back to Omaha. The House closed yesterday and we owe it all to Jody and her hard work! She really earned every penny on this one! If we could give her 10 stars we would!
