Very friendly, helpful and knowledgable. I called to ask a question about replacing my shower handle. I talked to Misty Davey, she gave me a number to text over a few pictures to see if my mixing valve was compatible with my new shower handle that I plan to purchase from amazon. She was very quick to respond and get me on my way. I will recommend this place to any friends in the future looking for plumbing advice. Thanks so much Ferguson plumbing supply.

We lost heat in the middle of winter on a Saturday. After finding out Furgusons is open until 1 we drove the 90 miles to get our part. Because it was nip and tuck on timing, they assured us they would make sure they were around if the roads were bad and we ran a little late. We got there 1 minute to 1pm, got the part and got the heat back on. Nice people to work with. Thank you!

Customer service is terrible... These guys never have what I need. I'd suggest googling other suppliers in town. I avoid these guys at all cost...
